About Me
Since I was very young, I have always loved babies. I know in my heart that being a doula is a true calling for me.
I cannot believe how badass women's bodies are.
We can grow a temporary organ,
create a safe home for growing a human,
squeeze a head and body through an expandable hole, and eventually go back to "normal"!!!
What?!?
I think the newborn stage is so magical...
hard, exhausting, confusing...yes,
but there is something so wonderful about a wrinkly new baby taking in every ounce
of the day that just fills my heart with joy.
Education
Bachelors of Science from Santa Clara University - Majored in Combined Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, and Physics) and minored in Sociology
Completed DONA approved Introduction to Childbirth for Doulas - Taught by Ana Paula Markel, CD(DONA), BDT(DONA), LCCE

Completed Breastfeeding for Doulas
Adult, Child and Baby First Aid/CPR/AED Certified
Currently undergoing certification process of DONA International
3 full-term pregnancies and live births of my children
